After reporting this issue several times the calendar link function doesn’t work anymore and it’s getting difficult to remember if you have booked something. Please fix this as it was the best part of the app.

Following the instructions and tried to create my account however when I got to the last page (the privacy setting) and I pressed create my account it says invalid text length (maximum 15 character ). Why does it says invalid text length when I didn’t even enter anything ? Really disappointed.

So I wanted to book a swim, I miss the city baths and it’s an excellent place, post lockdown, so excited to swim again! Ok, so I need to download an app Looks good so far Downloads app Needs to sign up to a wellness plan or whatever, ok Need to consent to all private information to be used by app to use the app, ok, Tries to read Privacy Policy on the app: says “Contact staff at facilities in order to read the privacy policy“ Ummm ok. Tries to read Terms of Service: says “Contact staff at facilities in order to read the privacy policy“ Seriously? Deletes app. 0/5 will not download again. Do better.

Abhorrent app, cannot book any sessions while using the app. I’ve never been so annoyed at an app before, why even download software that doesn’t work?

Too hard basket. You need to turn on your location ALL the time to use. Enter too much personal information, which is uncomfortable for me. Why do u need my date of birth ?

I’ve been trying to create an account but nothing happens! Also the buttons are difficult to see on the interface. Errgh... so frustrating!

How does this app need me to allow it to access to my calendar to be able to book classes? And how does this app need me change my phone setting to be in AU to be able to register my account? Does this app just hacks into people’s privacy?

If not for the constant crashing that happens, having to delete and then download the app again so I can use the functions, this review would be 5/5 stars.

Getting pretty frustrated with this app. For two weeks now I’ve been trying to book a swim. I’m using the reminder function to tell me when booking is open for a particular time slot. The reminder says “you can now book the class” but doesn’t tell you which one, or take you to the right one when you click on it. You then have to scroll forever on the Pool entry page, where every entry looks almost the same. It’s not easy to tell which entries belong to which day/date. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to when each slot opens for booking. And, even if I manage to navigate to the correct session that’s just opened for booking, the 5 spots are full mere seconds after the booking opens! I was pretty excited about outdoor pools opening up again but this is making me give up hope, and it’s the only outdoor pool in my 5km radius.

Update to App has meant that I can’t book classes as it keeps closing moments after opening.
