App opens but no movie or location info

App opens but doesn’t load any information. I’ve reinstalled and still has the same issue.

It suddenly stopped showing movies or even theatera. Basically, it shows nothing.

Does not show any current movies unless you find your way to the settings menus and hit contact us. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and still does not work properly

Your app blows, it says there are no theaters in my area or movies. However best movie theater in Omaha, love going there.

The only way to buy a ticket is to go to setttings->my settings->contact us. Crazy!!!!

This used to be a great app. My family and I used it multiple times a week. But it’s been offline for several months now. The website is available but it isn’t nearly as user friendly as the app was. We’re seeing about 75% less movies because of this.

Downloaded app for easier access when I buy tickets but nothing shows up. No log in or theaters or movie showtimes

The app never works. Just awful!

Great theater. Horrible app. The theater near us is clean, newer, well kept, has some good deals, food is good but the app makes it frustrating to purchase tickets. No idea as to how many pints I’ve earned because the app never works correctly. Hopefully ACX can get this app issues fixed soon. Not a great online experience.
