Adani Electricity

App get stuck at the initial interface which says “adani | Electricity”. Does not even go to the login page. Tried using app on multiple mobile phones but still the same. Not an internet issue as everything else works absolutely fine. Please fix this.

After correctly verifying with OTP and also trying to logging in with the correct PIN, I am still stuck at the login screen. On top of that, customer care doesn’t understand plain English. Not sure if you guys have outsourced the app development or are building in-house. Either way, a mediocre team has built a mediocre app!

I just downloaded the app. A extremely easy and customer friendly screens and payments can be made with flick of the button. A great stress buster indeed as it frees me from my worries to stand in line for the monthly bill payment. Just one observation not a critical one though. I paid additional Security Deposit as suggested successfully using the App. However the account continues to indicate Pay SD ! With SF amount shown outstanding. It should not show that! As other Apps immediately adjust the credits in appropriate heads . But over all it was a pleasant experience.

Left out the one star as it does not support international numbers. E.g. I live in US and cannot get OTPs to pay my bills. I do get the bills by emails! I am sure this will improve

I was booked a ticket on 4th of july through their website and paid the whole amount but till the time i did not received the ticket or any kind of confirmation from their side i was called them 20 times.. when i call to them every time they are saying wait 30 3 hrs 6 hrs i waited all time what they said but the did not send any thing and i did not get any call back so this is my last ticket from them and everyone be care full they are looters

I have to uninstall the app, for each and every time i have to login

The app often fails to open, resulting in a very poor experience. This issue needs to be fixed.
