As a top bank in Ghana a possible upgrade into your app is very necessary it’s lacking a lot of features and this has to be rectified ASAP. Logging in is always a problem app crash anytime no Face ID for apple users I mean a lot of things missing on your app look into it

This by far is the most useless app ever. OTP delays and most times never gets delivered to mobile number. Makes transactions longer and time wasting. Sometimes it takes days and the app wouldn’t just deliver OTP for transactions. Doesn’t give statement on mobile numbers that had cash transferred to. I mean you can’t even check which mobile number you just sent mobile money to , if perhaps you sent to a wrong number using the express pay since name verification isn’t available with that option. I mean how can an app be running for over a year with no updates. This is supposed to be a quick relief on transactions with the bank and not to add headaches . Sometimes you make transfers and get debited but recipient never receives it. It takes sometimes 48 hrs to be returned and credited back. This is super disheartening. If you can’t make it any better, delete it and let’s join the queue

The app makes it difficult almost all the time to login and you are required to always change your password. The app is not friendly and it sometimes makes transaction difficult

App does not support transfer from mobile money account to ADB bank account

Very poor

This application does not work. After keying in all the information to transfer money to another bank, it asks you to “confirm beneficiary account”, then when you click it tells “unable to confirm customer details”. You can’t confirm my details? Really? Sorry but you have to work on it. Too bad.

You guys should work on it

ADB well done Thins app has made my transactions way faster and easier since I don’t need to go to the banking hall for cash or deposits.
