The app is good need to add more variable options such as 1. Window water leakage 2 Door fixing for Bathroom 3. Car Parking cleaning

Very poor customer service. Always receiving apologies messages and no action

The car elevator has been out of order for over a month, forcing residents to park outside, exposing their vehicles to rainwater and other weather conditions, despite the property being supposed to have base parking. Despite sending several emails to ADCP, the issue has not been addressed yet. The car elevator maintenance company was reported to have the issue right from the beginning, and it would only take a day for them to fix it once ADCP approves it. This situation reflects poor service and a lack of responsibility from the concerned team at ADCP :(

No option to challenge the decision. They just cancel the request in their assumption.

For registration you need to enter Flat No, for info. Once login, app is having nice UI. Pretty much all options for maintenance request covered in here. Still needs improvement for adding more options such as payment/refund tracking etc. keep it up!
