Water meter checked malfunctioning and bill still not corrected nor reduced

I cant access my app, keep login it but not opening even I opened my account, bills is not showing or updating! Fix your app! Its useless

Apps is not working

I paid the bill but still receiving emails and SMS to pay it again. Trying to call and make a complaint but no answer. Quick payment is off. The app is useless

So bad app its not logging in ! I dont know what is the problem im always log in website
