I have just starting using this car service - days ago, and all my pick ups and drop offs have been timely - my ride early today was exceptional as the driver was very talkative and I had a more than pleasant ( arrival on time) experience. Thank you AL
Third time a row AL confirms a short notice booking and just doesn’t turn up. Useless.
Have always Addison Lee for years and years would never use Uber
When booking out of the UK this app gets a bit irritated.

Booked AL to pick my daughter up from her hotel and take her to The Ned as a birthday treat. As anyone that has a daughter will know you need to add time onto what ever she has said so arranged for the driver to pick her up at 7.10. When she finally swanned down the stairs at 7.20 the driver was great. Courteous and made her feel special. No excuse for tardiness on her side of things I will agree! A great experiance thank you Addison Lee.
Worst cab app ever even bolt is better. Overpriced cars take forever to come and when you cancel because their car is taking to long they charge you. DO NOT USE THIS APP. And when I tried to contact them about it the chat agent says there’s no one available
Booking in advance means nothing. Your booking is not secured. I ended up waiting another hour beyond the scheduled pickup. Then your package might take an additional 2x, 3x of the estimated time because the courier got some new jobs on the way. Really not a fan and won't recommend it to anyone who is looking for a delivery that is time sensitive.
