Nice app, user friendly, so easy to get banking chores done

Me and my husband have been banking with addition for over 25 years & We do not know how to use a computer. We are very thankful for the staff at the addition thanks and this app our daughter helped us get the app on the phone and it is a lifesaver. We used to call Mat Phone all the time for balances and this makes life so much easier for us thank you bravo. There’s a lot that we could learn on the app and we plan to go in and sit to find out how to do auto pay with our bills soon. Thank you for the app and great staff that we have here in Claremont they always make the time for us and they know that we use our daughter’s email because that’s the only way we know how to do things so they’re very patient with us.

Can’t lock my card from app

I enjoy the app however I cannot access 1 of my accounts which is an inconvenience because I have drive to the bank on a Saturday before 1… I really dislike this a lot. Diana

I love using the Addition Financial App. It is user friendly and easy to manipulate. Love the security procedures also for safe use.

Keeps logging me out, I have to call the branches to open my accounts back up they make you change your password 5-6 times just for it not to work then say you have to speak to a specialist,
