Whole app is unusable. Unclear how to go back home - or what the buttons are - and this annoying ping of the forced dumb chat bot. Don’t turn on “Face unlock” it becomes impossible to sign out - you sign out, the faceID triggers immediately and signs you right back in 😂. And oh you want to disable face unlock? Well good luck navigating the menus. This app is straight from 1995. Developers, Please hire a UX designer on your team. Not only is the actual interface impossible to use, but the information is presented in such an incomprehensible format.

One of the most disappointing investment of my life as the fund will not increse even though the share increased by 20 percent. The worst mistake of my life. Dont ever invest in Aditya Birla ever.

It is a shame that this big a company has this kind of utter useless app, pathetic.

Downloaded this app today. Post log-in the screen just goes blank.

This App doesn't open after installing. Shows the Red homescreen screen forever. Tried uninstall and reinstall several times.. still doesnt work. Have been trying to install it since 1 month. Doesn't go beyond red screen. The web interface is also poor. Cant even download repayment schedule of home loan. Says try later everytime i try to download.

Outdated and intentionally distant from the investor. No real interest in providing graphic-oriented stock movement presentations to the investor, real-time stock trends or recommendations or market tips. The fund managers are not too adept either. I did better while using my own demat account to directly invest than when Aditya Birla was managing my hard earned money (yes, I will go back to that soon, thank you very much ). Online redemption of funds is barred. Saying that a particular investment is “not available for redemption” to an investor who trusts you with his hard-earned money is being discourteous at best and opaque at worst.

A B capital and health insurance apps are hopeless and useless for any good. Useless for tracking submitted claims,renewals,upgrades. Helpline numbers not working Unable to login,keep moving without login I am shifting my health insurance policy.

This is not an app but just the mobile site… and its slow and buggy
