Adobe Account Access

Most times I log in to one of the Adobe apps, either the access app doesn’t activate or nothing happens when I select “Approve”. Very frustrating!

I appreciate the added security and ease of access. Great app.

I really find it incredibly frustrating to deal with your billing department… my plans keep disappearing and the. Reappearing

Please fix the app. No numbers to verify!

seamless logins

I don’t get the use for this app. I just tried logging into it and it asks me to log into it (huh????). Makes things complicated and as usual, I’m sure Adobe will turn a deaf ear and just go about crating more ways to frustrate their customers.

When you register for the account access app, it asks you to enter the code sent to your account access app. Mind blown. Didn’t work.

I would give zero stars if I could because it doesn’t work at all.

I don’t understand the need for this app, it keeps saying how quick and easy it is to log in next time but I still need to enter my email and password, and now with the app, I have to enter a code as well! All it’s done is add another steps to logging in. And because Adobe keeps kicking me out of my desktop CC I have to do this EVERY SINGLE DAY!! Extremely annoying and makes no sense!!
