Express doesn’t load after the beta went public. It shows a “this browser isn’t supported” message. It is true for all iPhones with Lockdown mode enabled. But even after you configure it to exclude Express — it still doesn’t load. It is the only app I have with this bug. You have some old protocol or something preventing it from loading.

Comfortable app easy to use very useful glad to have it
After an update, all my design has been converted and changed. Impossible to download the originals. Hours of work lost. I can’t make any change to my design to make them look the way it was before the update. Complete waste of time. You can not reach anyone from abode. Simply disgusting!!!

I gave it 3 stars because it do not support other languages but it’s a nice app overall. I’ll stay with canva for now..

After first trial is over, (surprisingly) you get the option to get another 14 days. If you choose it, when you try to cancel subscription in App Store (it charge you for the full month). You then need to log into refund service of App Store and this will allow you to cancel (within the 14 days). But this flow is designed to make people fall into a full month charge . Regardless, product is amazing, shame adobe use this way
