Don't work
My app will not load up and keeps freezing at the loading screen I have the latest updates and everything I've paid for I can not access what's going on ??

Cant open or start a project
Have full 5G. Have updated the app.. pretty poor stuff from Adobe
Media upload
I have been using this app since inception and it’s so great because I’ve done A whole lot of designs on it. I’m a subscriber, I’ve not been able to use the app for some days now because media won’t upload, I’ve uninstalled and installed, signed out and back in but nothing is working. Can this be fixed please? I’m using it on my iPhone 13 Pro with the latest iOS 18.4

Copying Canva is bad strategy …JUST SAYING!!!
Liked this app before Canva and I still used it now since Canva but what I don’t need is two Canva apps. Therefore I may need to unsubscribe from adobe if the most creative way of adobe express is an expression of another app then please go over core values or better yet look over your VRIO analysis. There were so many ways that this app could have been better designed and orchestrated to give a better user experience that could also deal with issues that Canva have not yet resolved. Adobe please do better on this app. If not look at it from a, star,cows,question mark and dog perspective and determine if u need the app in the end, maybe develop other existing apps that is not a copy of another platform, but unique to adobe.

When i try and create an account on ipad the create button gets a loading signal forever
Amazing
Overall a great app it has things only a pc can do and making it work on a phone like putting stuff you want in a picture after editing a photo there is no watermark on the download it has many features it uses AI intelligence for some of its features making it look smarter so all of this makes it an amazing app even though theres many more i haven’t even mentioned.
Unnecessary downgrade
This app has been downgraded so much where before you could do much more in less time and it truly shined on the app market. Allow us the option to downgrade please I was just about to try premium In response to the feedback on a recent review I made, the whole app just felt so much speedier and quicker on its old version. Please add an option where we can downgrade to the previous version at any time as its a lot simpler to add shapes, text and other features and many users are already quite used to that. Thanks
