Adore Me Designer Lingerie

Ordered a elite box a month ago no updates on tracking a different email from them after I called shows a completely different shipping carrier and that’s saying my package hasn’t even shipped yet I’ve called just getting the run around now I’m just trying to get a refund

Quality product, wide range of product from under garments to lounge wear to swim or athletic. More importantly a wide selection of sizes, with both petite to plus side models photographed. Size chart is accurate, shipping quick and updates you of changes. I highly recommend Adore Me.

I stoped buying bras and underwear anywhere else….I only shop Adore Me. I have gotten my 3 daughters to start shopping here. The quality is superb and the fit is amazing. We love the fact that we can send the product back if it doesn’t happen to fit, which has only happened once in almost 2 years.

Quality has severely decreased over the past 6 -8 months, so I’ve ordered wayyyyy less. Today I get a notification that there’s a “long weekend sales event”. Not Memorial Day sales event, “long weekend”. 😏 Came off as tacky, so it reminded me I needed to cancel and delete.

I used to love Adore Me, but they’ve changed a lot. I originally came here because it is impossible to find lingerie for my body that isn’t $300 per set. I’m a 32 G, medium bottom. This used to be my go to place. Now, they only carry pretty basic standard sizes (I guess plus size gals are the only ones who have size G boobs), the material and cuts are really low quality (like obscure Chinese factory low) and they’re expanding into adjacent markets (vibrators???) without delivering a good experience where they started (lingerie & swim). It’s just not worth it anymore. I’m spending my credits, and then canceling my subscription. Very disappointed.

Five stars because I love everything I’ve purchased. But where did my favorites go? There used to be an option to view all my favorites, which made it easy to go back to something I wanted, but it’s gone now. It still lets me favorite items and it will show that they are in my favorites when I scroll through shopping, but I can’t see all my favorites items together. Now there’s just a tab to see “more like your favorites” but I can’t actually see what my favorites are.

I made a large purchase looking new bras. I bought a variety of styles knowing I would have to return some. I needed to return about half and in order to do so I needed to create an account, so I did. Now my order isn’t showing up in my account and because it isn’t showing up I can’t make a return. I keep reaching out to customer support and I keep getting told to go to my orders and start a return process. I can’t do that because there are no orders on in my account. I will not be making any more purchases from this company.

They are condescending and gaslight you when email them, the labels they use get destroyed so items are sent back before the post office delivers and when you email customer service they issue store credit and you lose out on the deal you ordered during and are forced to spend more money, when they should just send the same items backs to you as a new package whilst they wait for the one being sent back. Customer service doesn’t actually help but hinder

So fast and easy! I love that you can see what your getting and that when you actually get it it’s the exact same as what you’ve ordered
