ADSS: Ultimate Trading

Good app, fast execution which is good as I am trading crypto CFDs. Good for other fast-moving markets. All around very reliable.

The best thing about the app is the price alert feature! It is so helpful, and I like that I can reroute the alerts to SMS or email.

This app is smooth and reliable. Seems to be updated regularly, and any bugs are cleared up pretty fast when reported. Definitely a good one out of the many dodgy apps out there.

The features on the app are fantastic, really good and easy to use even on a smaller screen, with customizable charting in different colors which makes everything clear. No bugs in the app, everything works smoothly.

As a beginner, I found the trading app super helpful! Clear interface (not too complicated or crowded like some other apps). Easy to understand, easy to create market orders.

I have been trading with ADSS for 2 years, recently (4 months ago) started using the app. Good features, no glitches, no bugs. Really happy with everything.

I had the worst experience ever withAdss. Last June, I wanted to trade, so I checked brokers reviews and even came here to read about other people’s experiences. since I had already applied to open an account 2months prior but didn’t fund it due to hesitation, I received multiple calls from the Account manager, souheil, who was urging me to finish the process of opening the account. He sent me a message on what’sApp, but I was still hesitant. After reading more reviews, I decided to give it a try withADSS, even if it’s with a small amount. I sent him the required documents and made a deposit last July 8th. I sent him a screenshot over the what’s App And asked about the training he mentioned before. He called me, and after a few minutes, he mentioned that he had a meeting that would last 30 minutes, after which he would resume the training and assist me in switching my Mt4 account to a live Adss platform account. He said, ‘wait, it’s better to do it together,’ and then he went and never called back. after 45min, I attempted to reach out to him, but he remained unresponsive. The Next week, I reached out to him again, but he read my message and didn’t provide a response. Feeling disappointed and frustrated by this lack of professionalism, I called the Adss customer service on my charges the next day. I was advised to document the communication between me and him by taking screenshots of the what’s App messages and report the issue via email, which I did, but received no response. after a few days, I called the customer service again, and Mr.Mahmoud told me to give him some time; he would call me within 30min to an hour max by 5 pm, but he never did. The next week, there was still no response from anyone, so I immediately applied to withdraw my money (with withdrawal fees deducted).”

I was having difficulties getting my account live, I'd recently relocated to UAE and wasn't yet set up with all my documents, but after a message to the support team, Nada helped me get everything in order and I was up and trading in no time. I really appreciate your help and how polite and responsive the whole team were... Thank you!

Although META TRADER is very basic yet it’s better than ADSS in so many ways. I regret the day I moved to ADSS APP. For example and this is a some of many : 1) the spread is 300% higher and more even . Which put huge pressure on positions 2) you can’t see the swap under each position yet they deduct from you find daily 3) yes with one click you can close multiple one of same stock yet !!!! It didn’t occur to who ever did this feature to enable take profit edit for all one at once , you still have to go edit each position separately !!! Very basic So many other short comes on this app that has launched recently yet it’s 2024 and the app extremely basic in comparison to what could be done and to many other apps worldwide Very disappointing and frustrating
