Advanced Photographer Magazine

Blank screen, with error message claiming no Internet connection. The development team obviously stopped caring years ago. Folks, follow their lead and move on.

App Store says I have a valid subscription and I can't the app to give me the current issue or past ones. I contacted the publisher who said the magazine is out of business. This app should NOT be in the App Store.

I subscribed to the magazine, as I really enjoyed it in the print form. And, for a while, the app worked great. However, even though my subscription is current, I can’t download any new issues. The last issue I was able to download was issue 56, but there were at least 5 more issues on my subscription. Now, ALL issues are listed as purchases, which is very annoying. The ONLY reason I’m giving this two stars is because it worked great when I was able to read the issues! If I could only get my issues I already paid for in my subscription, I’d change this rating.

I enjoyed my first few months with the app, but was frustrated with the software hiccough with the new release update for iOS 8. It appears that the problem has been rectified. I've downloaded the new issue and all seems to be working well. I will upgrade my previous abysmal rating to five stars. Good job.

Keep asking for updating to the latest version which I did already. Tried deleting and download again the app and still won't work, all the new issues won't download, PLEASE FIX IT ASAP!

I agree with the other reviewers that state that this is a worthwhile magazine spoiled by an abysmal app. I have had problems with it from the beginning and the tail chasing has reached a high point with the latest release. Laughable. Avoid.

This app does not work. They take your money but the issues don't download. They claim the app needs to update but there is no update. Look elsewhere.

You require a an updated to download the magazine after you have my money and there is no update available!! Get this Fixed!! poor Service!!

I have subscribed to this magazine for a long time. I have always liked it. However the switch to a digital version has not been a good one. Now the app does not work at all. It keeps telling me to update, but I have. I can't get any customer support. I can't even get access to the most recent issue in my subscription. I will likely cancel my subscription.

The magazine may be great but I'll never find out. The preview pages are so small and low-res that you can't read the table contents to even see what articles the magazine contains. No go
