A&E: TV Shows That Matter

I love it when companies get greedy and go in with Apple to update apps so your customers HAVE to buy a new phone from Apple. Maybe when I cut the cable this year I’ll forget about A&E existence and not subscribe anymore

I love the different shows offered on A&E. I’m a great fan of the crime and mystery series especially. I totally recommend this app for the series reality crime/ law enforcement fans out there. Very exciting stuff!!

The amount of adds 30 seconds or 2 minutes is annoying I rather pay for the App and have no adds I am giving 3 stars only because I love 60 Days In

This has to be the worst app available. You can’t watch anything because half the time it freezes because of all the dam adds! Even on regular cable tv do you not watch that many adds. My goodness it takes 30 seconds before an add even starts then you watch a half dozen adds only for it the freeze and you have to either restart the app or watch the adds again or both. You spend more time watching adds than you do your favorite show. This app needs a complete overhaul and fixed before I’ll even download it. It’s just not worth my time or anyone else’s time for that matter!

This app could not be more painful to use. You have to pick a type of ad to watch, but it doesn’t always work. So then you have to figure out how to get the show to continue. If you pause it too close to the end, then it boots you out and goes to the next episode. If you want to watch the end of the episode you were watching, you have to restart that episode and fast forward. But you have to stop at every commercial and watch it before you can get to the end again. There is more, but you get the idea. Do they actually want us to watch their shows? Because it doesn’t seem like it.

I’m extremely irritated at the fact that I can watch the last four episodes of a season and I can’t watch the first six episodes. They want you to PAY for the subscription to watch them!!… I’m very SET BACK AND upset at this because there ARE some shows that I really do enjoy watching on the A&E network, But to have to PAY for a subscription to be able to watch. all episodes is absolutely, unequivocally greedy and I refuse.

I am a Huge Fan of A&E TV but this app is Beyond Terrible! I log into the A&E App with my TV provider and have created a profile, with my email and password. Even after doing all of this, there are multiple issues that need to be addressed. First, there are New Seasons/Episodes Of Several Different Shows that are incomplete; Example: Cold Case Files- New Episodes Fridays-Stream Next Day— SEASON 4 - Missing Episode 1, Episode 2, says aired Nov. 29, 2024, Episode 3 & Episode 4 MISSING, Episode 5, says aired Nov. 15, 2024 (why would Episode 5 say it aired BEFORE Episode 2???) Then, Episode 6 & 7 Are Missing, Etc. ALL EPISODES FOR ALL OF THE SHOWS ON THIS APP ARE NOT IS THE CORRECT ORDER AND DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT DATE ON THEM. This app has been like this for a very long time!!! NOW IT DOESN’T KEEP TRACK OF SHOWS THAT I HAVE ALREADY WATCHED OR ANYTHING!!! A & E App could be one of the best However, the APP IS HORRIBLE AND A MESS! Due to the app being so terrible; it turns away MOST VIEWERS BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO DEAL WITH THE APP!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, CLEAN UP THE APP AND FIX ALL OF THE INCONSISTENCIES TO MAKE IT A SMOOTH, SEAMLESS AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE FOR ALL A & E SUPERFANS!!!!

I love so many A&E shows. I’ve been following some of the series for the better part of a decade. That being said, watching any show through the app is incredibly difficult. If you have to fast-forward or rewind you have to watch an Ad - even if you just watched one. Many times, when I click on “30 second ad”, once the 30 seconds is up, the show freezes. This forces me to have to exit the app and click on the show.. all to be taken straight to another 2 minutes of ads. It’s extremely frustrating. There’s also no Picture in Picture. This doesn’t bother me too much but it makes me feel like A&E’s IT department either doesn’t care or is incompetent.

In one episode I have to watch like 30 ads not even kidding what the heck a and e I just want to watch duck dynasty without 90 ads in 1 episode

Since its start A&E has been a great channel.
