Hallo, er wäre sehr hilfreich bei der Auswahl von neuen Düften, wenn automatisch Proben zu Verfügung gestellt werden könnten?! So wäre eine Kaufentscheidung viel einfacher!

While the fragrances are great, the app is horrible. It no longer pairs with my units no matter how many times I reset them. WiFi pairing is a joke and hasn’t worked in ages. I think it might help to get the app fixed if people would stop rating the fragrances and rate only the app, as there is no way this app is a 4.8/5.0.

Bug in the app where weekend days aren’t highlighted correctly once saved. Make schedules at a glance confusing.

Can’t Believe you High Quality for the use AND IT’S NOT WORKING LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE

Easy to setup. Many wonderful fragrances to try. However the scent profiles don’t last very long and the cost to restock is a lot to do every month or so. It would be amazing if there was a way to refill the existing canisters making restocking a fraction of the price.

Not able to connect to internet

I love my Aera I set my schedule and my fragrance level and my house smells fantastic all the time

I have had nothing but problems with this app. From logging in, to password changes, to adding a diffuser, I have encountered nothing but error messages over and over. I’ve emailed CS anout my problems, but I’m tired of wasting my time. I have two diffusers and neither are registered to the app because of all the problems I have had. I like the product; hate the app. Would rate it a zero if I could. It has provided absolutely no value.

This diffuser works very well. After a bit of trial and error, setting up the schedule for diffusing is very easy. The available scents are plentiful and pleasing. Only negative is the expense for the acents.
