At the start tracking your transaction was working for me on the e-store - now everyone I try to book hotel via aer club via booking.com - the aer club app is not taking me into the booking.com app - it reverts to an old safari webpage that I have used in the past??

App doesn’t work. Click shop now and nothing happens.

The app hasn’t worked in weeks. Nothing loads on screen.

This scheme is shocking, I’ve made a few purchases through the app & the points would register on my profile. But stay there pending for well past the pending days & when I contacted costumer service. They keep sending me to different agents. This is going on for what seem like a lifetime. Scam

The shop now button does not work on my iphone and hasn’t worked for a while. I have reinstalled the app a few times and the problem remains.

Can now login to the app but can’t make any tracked purchases. When I click the ‘shop now’ button on any of the retailers it doesn't respond and I am not brought to the retailers website to make a linked purchase. It’s difficult to understand how they can get an app so badly wrong

I’m a bit underwhelmed by this app. It doesn’t have much functionality and doesn’t support Apple Wallet, even though it’s mentioned on the AppsStore. I’m not a fan of having to register my credit or debit cards with a 3rd party to have them get my data to earn points. Why can’t you just provide a scannable QR code to use in stores? Really don’t think I’ll be using this app much.

Tried to login but won’t let me. As with everything with AerLingus these days absolute garbage service and no support Continue to have nothing but problems, can login but when click on any of the links to be brought to the store to claim the avios of course it doesn’t work. Garbage app, garbage company

App functions well when logged in, however it logs me out automatically far too often. When i try to log back on with correct details there is often an error either with the app itself or else an error saying my login details are incorrect (even when i enter them correctly). This often leads to me being logged out for days at a time which can be frustrating

If you auto fill your password when logging in, the sign in button is disabled until you delete and re-enter at least one character. This is an unnecessary annoyance.
