I made a wrong reservation by mistake and sent a mail immediately to cancel with no reply then tried to call many time only answer machine replied me and hold the line for about 10 minutes then cut .. i can reach this company and i feel disappointed as i don’t know anything about my money

Iam trying to calling them for 3 days ago without any respond to solving my problem and edit the dates from my travel ticket , i booked by wrong for 7 August , but i want to booking on 7 july and asking them to edir the booking without respond yet , No customers services , no call center don’t Booking with them ever ever ever ever ever

I made a booking online from Cairo to London for 554.76 USD. It said that the booking is not made not long after I have received a message that you have deducted the money from my Card. I sent an e-mail no one replied. I was really worried so I called the customer service after many trials the line getting cutting off from the IVR without having connected to anyone. After staying a lot and many calls I got connected to someone who said that the money will be refunded in 10 mins and I will send you an e-mail to confirm. No one called me at all. I called again the girl said we will make a refund within 48 hours and said you can make the booking with another company. Then she transferred the call to manager or a supervisor (she was Egyptian), I started to express my disappointment of their service and having me to bear very high charges for making international calls to get this sorted out and giving misleading information and fake promises. She simply said it is your problem that you called and then she cut off the line.
