Es la primera vez en mi vida que he sudado para comprar un billete para viajar en algo. La app y la web NO funcionan. ¿Es que no quieren vender billetes?

No permite acceder con la contraseña Si intentas recuperarla el mensaje es que no existe ese usuario Y si intentas crear la cuenta nueva el mensaje es que esa cuenta ya existe. Un desastre

Si queréis que la gente pueda utilizar vuestra app, hay que actualizarla ya, funciona muy mal, decepcionante.

Absolutamente horrible y vergonzosa. No debería estar en producción ni ofrecerse al público.

The app is not working at all. Takes ages to load the payment page and when you get to the part where you have to choose between card and PayPal, nothing happens when selecting either payment method. Just leads to lots of frustration.

La app crashes. Tuve que comprar mi ticket en la web y no me llegó el PDF con el QR ni por mail, ni en la sección de pedidos en la web y la app en la sección de reservas crashea. Espero que me devuelvan mi dinero.

Es pot entrar, però cada vegada que vas per veure els bitllets, l’aplicació es tanca. La web també deixa molt que desitjar, tardant molt en carregar, cobrant-te però no obtenint el bitllet en format electrònic… S’hauria de revisar aquesta app ja que ho ha molts usuaris que l’utilitzen a diari i no agilitza gens el procès

The app is crashing in every single screen. During login, you have to use email and you cannot user name like on the page itself. List of tickets to buy is not loading, already bought tickets crashes the app. This application has potential but right now, is useless

Al intentar agregar boletos, la app crashea
