Just avoid

There are better games by better devs. Playing the anniversary has once again turned me off these greedy devs. I guess back to wurthering it is.

Good game

I have a few a lot of problems but I still really like it I just have one question do characters get reruns pls by the time I start playing this again Izanami will be available for 14 more days I deleted it to make room for Honkai star rail pls tell they will

So uh

the over sexualization of the female characters is just too much.

Never played a game that crashes so much

This game crashes at least once every single time I play it. It crashes when I open the gacha, it crashes when I fight the weekly bosses, it crashes sometimes for no reason at all. Tried putting settings on low; it still crashes. Honestly unacceptable and I’m really regretting spending money.

Controller Support… isn’t actually supported.

It’s a really fun game but is kinda frantic so playing on iOS hasn’t been the most enjoyable. I was really excited when I found out the game has controller support—except it doesn’t seem to. Whether using my Pro Switch controller or my DualSense controller, the result remains the same: all I can control is character and camera movement. No attacks, no dodging, nothing. When trying to bind actions, the field thinks about it for a split second, refuses to bind, and then displays “Axis28P” rather than the key I selected. Seriously disappointing. The game is fun but if I can’t use a controller, it’s less enticing to play and I haven’t wanted to pick it back up. Such a shame.

A good game held back

Aether gazer is another honkai impact clone that finally gets rid of the character swapping system and lets you have your whole team on the field. It’s up to you whether or not you like character swapping but I find it gets repetitive and creates problems like support characters you want to play for as little time as possible. Pros: -Gameplay is enjoyable with most characters being quite fun to use -Game looks nice. I personally enjoyed a lot of the character designs and it’s crazy to see an asian made game where not every single woman is in heels -Leveling/upgrading/gearing characters felt quite satisfying and easier to do than most competitors. Getting the 4 star characters to omega (max rank) is not too hard -For a recently released game it has a good amount of content Cons: -Faceless self insert main character. I’d rather an existing main character that you can use or at least has a physical appearance, maybe with some customization; or none at all. -Story is quite boring. I have a hard time caring about what’s going on and as a person who almost never skips story in games I found myself skipping the new chapter. -Balance. Initially it didn’t seem too bad but already power creep seems to be rearing it’s ugly head. As the most extreme example: Hades destroys all content and will even outperform modifiers in stages that are specifically tailored to make them stronger with straight damage boosts.

The crashing

I like Aether gazer a lot it one of my favorite games to play. But the damn crashing is getting on nerves, this is only game to crash so much every time I play it. Not even PGR or honkai crash as much as this game IT REALLY ANNOYING.
