The app is a joke when the needed information is unavailable. Aetna has called me countless times even though Ive asked them to stop. Aetna is making my life a nightmare and the app is useless.

I’ve been on this app all day simply trying to contact anyone to set up an appointment for a general checkup and each time I call someone the phone number is either scratchy sounds like a scam or disconnected and frankly, I find it very concerning that the app developed by my insurance company. Is this bad at getting me medical coverage.

It takes several times to login. Not always easy to do on the 1st try.

Approximately 8 out of 10 times that I visit this site or you tell me to check here for answers, I receive a message that states, “Technical difficulties, check back later.” Why even have this site if your members can’t use it?

This is completely hard to use nothing as user-friendly. There should be direct links to the benefit cards. If it’s hard to use it 60 can you imagine what it’s like to use at 85?

Call customer service to change after they do nothing , I found out nothing happened

This app is difficult to navigate. It is not intuitive. It doesn’t have enough filters. It doesn’t allow you to identify preferred providers. This is not a case of not knowing how to use what exists in the app. I used it when we had their coverage several years ago. It makes finding care, providers and facilities unnecessarily difficult. I had hoped it might have been improved over the past few years, but it is still awful. I’ve used several other health care company apps so I’m familiar with apps that are more intuitive and functional.
