Simply crashes when I click. Seems it does not open with ios and that has been the case for many many months. How long should it take to fix it!

App does not work after the update. Stuck on well-being propositions even though I want to search for claims and related approvals

Everything about this app is terrible. The UX, UI, functionality—everything. If it were possible to give it less than one star I would.

Not working in IOS. Can’t open once I click.

The search provider function is terribly designed. You cannot type your area, the list is endless and in absolute anarchy, not in alphabetical order, there’s multiple variants of the same area and the list goes on and on. I find it hard to believe that someone tested that app and said “yep, that’s a functional product”
