Unable to log in always an error message showing up i tired to register even after the fact i already have an account it says its already registered upon logging in again it says cannot find account

The app and the website are completely useless. Can’t create an account on either one because of errors

Can’t log in with the credentials I know are correct.

It says my phone number is invalid. Terrible app — the fact that you need a separate app from the main Aetna app is also ridiculous

As a developer myself, I can say it’s a little rough around the edges for sure. Not 100% customer friendly but I was able to get registered and see my info with no issues.

I’m not able to get in the app. Why isn’t this all in one app in the first place.

I didn’t have any problems registering. I can quickly bring up the ID card in the app. However, why can’t we add it to our Apple wallet? I have added my health and dental cards from Aetna without an issue. Why can’t I add my vision card?

I wanted to provide another data point. The app lets me register just fine. I’m able to view my cards and I don’t see any issues at least for now.

No matter how I put my info in it won’t let me register.
