It’s very straightforward and easy to use

I’m trying to make payments and it says my card is declined. I have well over the funds I need to purchase items yet it won’t let me, the card keeps saying “declined”. Tried contacting customer service and it’s a SERVICE BOT, that wasn’t helping me with what I needed. Honestly will stop using it.

App is user friendly and branches are the same.

I love this app - helps me track all my accounts in one place.

I can’t figure out how to make a deposit.

I used to love this app. It was quick and easy. I used it to check my business account info. Now it’s been updated to only show credit card information the “card center” I don’t have a credit card I only do checking/saving with affinity and now the app is useless for me. Please fix/bring back the account section.

Awesome service every time

If you have a bank account outside of affinity the process you have to go through with this app is awful. It’s ridiculous. We had to use the virtual assistant just to get the option to pay with an external account. Overall, I regret refinancing with Affinity. This was not worth the amount of money I’m saving financing through you.
