Affirmations - Care Reminders

Have found this to be a really helpful app. I am really appreciative of the ability to make custom affirmations and have them set on shuffle. Looking forward to when they are added to the new lock screen widgets for even further use

this is a must have for any iPhone user who seeks mindful productivity with their mobile device. this app has and will continue to deepen my relationship with self, and support a healthy relationship with my mobile device. 😌 ~ maintaining my 5-star review, while simultaneously requesting some developer focus on more reliable mac widget integration. it would appear as though the widget disappears and reappears as an option due to discrepancies that occur between software updates to mac/ios. having a constant flow of wisdom and grace on both my computer and phone are an amazing blessing. would love to create more fidelity within that experience for myself and for others 🙏🏾.

My therapist suggested that I should find some sort of affirmations app and this one was it after searching! - no ads - fidget capabilities (make sure your phone's haptics are on) - steady breathing page - can filter affirmations to avoid triggers etc. - customizable aesthetics and readability my favorite things though are: - being able to schedule or have randomly timed affirmations between certain hours! - changing the app icon - how the affirmations are deep and thoughtful! usually they're nice to see but sometimes they really get me out of a thought spiral/general funk much thanks to the dev! <3

Look, I don’t write reviews of apps, but I just had to make an exception for this one. This app is a game changer for me. It’s particularly helped keeping my perspective positive. I have the Widget set up on my landing page of my phone. So when I open my phone, these messages are the first thing I see. AND THE FIDGET FEATURE?!!! Amazing.

I love the encouragement all day long. The widgets are customizable and the app just works!

There are a lot of things going on in this world that can be make you want to never leave your bed. This app helps throughout the day with a little positivity. Thank you!
