Great way to reach your goals!
I started using this app while I was trying to get back on my feet after breaking my foot. I really enjoyed the encouragement of the team of trainers and the fact that they asked if I had any restrictions while working out. They’ve helped me loose the weight I had gained while sitting around for three months and have made me re think my relationship with food! I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to make a positive change in their lives to try this app out!
