Why is the game in German and not English? I’m living in the Netherlands, we don’t speak German!!!

Raids
I have A issue With raids cant hatch aan egg, and havent been able to for A while now
Issue with eggs/raids
There seems to be an issue with raids. When I click on an egg nothing happens. Haha have this issue for a while now. How to fix this?
Rebirt and xp gain and mimic key
The rebirth gain doesnt scale with the amount required to get gear from rb shop…either scale up the stones or lower the costst of the items…farming 400k RB takes days and have to keep ur device active all time to be able to do so. Thats not afk dungeoning. Xp gain doesnt scale that well with lvling. Mimic keys requires insane amount of keys to lvlup the mimic. After 30 days still lvl 4 mimic when you free 2 play. It could be reduces per each level i think. Cause it will take years to get to highest mimic this way.
Game is stuck in german
For some reason the game is in german even though in settings it says english, unplayable for me

Deleted my progress!!! Wasted my money!!!!!!
I’ve played this game for years and spent money in it for various perks and today I log on and all of my progress is gone as if I’ve just started a new game. Absolute scam.
Lost all progress
Don’t get me wrong the game is amazing and I love it. First game that doesn’t feel ptw But on the other hand today after logging in I lost all my progress after literally grinding weeks on the game… super frustrating considering the time spent on the game bc now it feels lost So that’s the reason I gave it 3 stars
Completely Silent
It seems like a fun game and I’d love to play more, but the game is completely silent. I don’t see any setting to mute/un-mute the game, FX and Music are at 100% and my phone volume is up.
