The app can be a bit glitchy. I have a few of Natasha’s programs and it will rewrite my reps over old workouts so you cannot track progress. Not ideal for seeing progress. Also orders past reps in a strange order rather than chronologically.
This program is super buggy. When you try to restart the program, your new reps will overwrite your old reps, so you can really accurately track any progress.
I have been using this app for about 3 months. I like it overall. I would love it if the program I am doing comes up first instead of having to go through all my purchases to get to the one I am currently using. I also would like the Set History to show the most recent sets to further back instead of how it currently is so that I can quickly see what I did last time instead of scrolling down through all my history to see what I did most recently. Hopefully these are easy fixes that would increase the usability for this app.
While I love the ease of seeing the workout plans and the rep/weight tracker, I’m not super impressed by the apps’ overall usability. I really wish that I could rearrange the guides to put the current one I’m using first, rather than scrolling through all of them every day. On top of that, I’ve been using the app for about a year now, and suddenly I’ve been logged out and when I put in my email address, no code is being sent to me.
It would be helpful for tracking of progress to write notes under each workout moment so you can make a note if you changed the reps and set and the weight used
I wish I could reorder the workouts and other PDFs I have bought. The newest are at the end.
Overall love the app ! In terms of formatting, I have multiple of Natacha’s programs so I’m sometimes having to swipe a bunch of times in order to access the current program I’m working on. In order to make it more user friendly, having all the programs appear in a list format so that you could easily scroll through would be ideal vs the current swiping .
I love the app, I have Natasha’s plans and while I love them I do wish that there was a slight noise when the timed items were done so that I’m not looking at my phone. I would also like for the app to communicate with my watch. Another workout app that I had did this and I found it INCREDIBLY helpful.
I purchased a program that req’d the app. After downloading the app it required a login code to access. Aflete did NOT send the code, and no, it wasn’t in my junk folder. Their customer service form website page doesn’t load, which means I can’t resolve the problem. Now, I will be seeking a refund from the program I purchased given I can’t access the material. TERRIBLE PLATFORM!
I have Natacha’s plan on the app which I love. The issue is the app. When restarting a workout, it does not « uncheck » the exercises you have done before so you need to do it manually. Then, when trying to log in the weight used, you need t write it manually each side even if the weight used is the same as the previous time you did the exercise. It is very annoying, it makes it so annoying to restart a workout or a workout plan. Overall it works great the first time you do a workout, but after that it is really so annoying.
