It’s been more than 5 months since I Stopped using this app., although, I gone through ALL the steps to DISCOUNTINUE the SUBSCRIPTION: FILLED OUT THE FORM ON THEIR WEBSITE TO “STOP” THE SERVICE, SENT THEM AN EMAIIL, AND CALLED THEIR OFFICE “MULTIPLE TIMES” (NOBODY EVER ANSWERED), But this company has continued to charge me month after month for OVER 5 MONTHS!! 😡🤬😡🤬

...is a piece of garbage. I tried to upte my password and it works on tbe website, but not the app. I am also trying to update my subscription package and can't. I sent more than one email to your customer service department and haven't received a response. I want to use this app because I like the African Diaspora News Channel, but I cannot until my issues are addressed. Thank you.
