AFW Visualizer

Just like the website, I click on a piece of furniture I want to see details for and nothing loads. No pictures or details. I can’t add to cart. This needs to be fixed if you want any online sales.

Unless your looking for 1 of 198 items (mostly carpeting and stools) it’s a complete waste of time. Immediately deleted it!

Ar Visualizer not working button is missing

So, I download this app, specifically because it says on the AFW website that I can “view in room” the items I am considering purchasing. So….I download the app and every single thing I try has an error message that says it can’t be viewed in AR!! And yes, I made sure the items I tried specifically said they could be viewed in AR. Total waste of time. If you’re going to recommend an app to your customers that is supposed to help them make a decision whether or not to purchase sometime from you…..then make sure the app actually works.

I wanted to visualize a sectional in my living room and looking at photo is the way I wanted it(with chase on left and corner chair on right) instead it was opposite and no way to change it. Plus I find the scale is off.

This app is so annoying. It won’t let you stay signed in, so you have to sign in every time you use it. Then when you do sign in, you would think it would save all your stuff but it doesn’t. Anything I put in my favorites list won’t necessarily be there the next time I sign in. Some things are there, some aren’t. So I go back and find the items all over again and save them again. But the next time I go in, they may or may not be there (even though a note comes up verifying that you saved it to your favorites successfully). There’s usually a handful of items I saved and the rest are gone, and the ones that do show up are different every time I go in. It’s like they’re all saved somewhere but it only populates a select few to look at, and no way to access the others. Super annoying. Also a lot of times the photo list doesn’t work right and you can’t look at all the images. There’s really almost no difference compared to using the website, except that you can do the virtual feature on some of their pieces. For as big of a company as this is, they need to hire someone better to fix their app and not be cheap about it.

I dowloaded the app in order to use the visualizer to see how the items I like would look in my home, as was advertised in the store. But only a handful of the furniture is actually available to view with the visualizer function; none of the items I am interested in are available to “view in room,” which is the whole reason I downloaded the app. Frustrating.

Since the update the app does not work on iPhone anymore at all. I can’t load anything and I have the iPhone 11 so it’s not an old model. I want the old app back where it just loaded the furniture that they had and I could go through the categories. Now none of that loads.

You can’t even use the app. Nothing loads, you can visualize anything, and you can’t write in the search box half the time.
