Prefer the old website app
After having previously completed a 12 week transformation package with 1:1 coaching and using the online version of food tracking and weekly check-ins, I was asked to download this app to undertake a new 12 week program. I’ve been using it for a week now and finding it not to be as user friending as the original website app. The food tracking is difficult to use and does not have the meals from the supplied guides already added. Adding meals has a lot of glitches and won’t find meals. Have had a lot of issues connecting to health app. All I use it for now is the exercises and don’t even attempt to add in other data. Would rather use my old login to the website and use that. On the welcome video it mentions you can message your trainer in app but it doesn’t allow you at all. Was very excited to have a dedicated phone app but it’s left me disappointed
