Agenda Plan - on Gantt Chart

Neat app, but has some annoying bugs. When you choose to export it flips the app upside down on your iPad causing you to have to tilt it. In addition, while it’ll let you do planning into next year and export to PDF and Image, it fails to export to Excel. :( Seems pretty intuitive to use, so kudos on that. It would also be nice if you could quickly enter in tasks that were longer than 5 days rather than having to drag. I’m looking for multi-month options.

I'm using this on a regular iPad, and finding it very helpful for managing a household renovation. On a small screen, functionality like this is difficult to pull off, and I am impressed. Well done, and keep working on it.

I have only utilized for a short period of time, however this tool has proven to be very effective in my workflow and collaboration!

Can't add end dates of events, you have to drag each line to your end date. Longest option for number of days of an event is five days. Not very useful if you're trying to chart multiple events over several months.

I found no way to move a task to be a subra so of one that wasn't already directly above it. For moving from a brainstorm to an organizational phase this is a major impediment. It rendered the app, despite otherwise elegant interface, unusable for me.

I needed an inexpensive visual Gantt chart that allowed me to easily evaluate timing scenarios and see the effect on deadlines. This app met my needs. It's intuitive enough to master quickly. I really like the feature where you can paste in an outline of tasks instead of entering them one at time. I can plan a day down to 5 minute tasks if I needed to. Linking tasks is straight forward, but further streamlining access to the linking function is suggested improvement. This version has been stable on my iPad 2.

I downloaded this and immediately liked it. It lacks the cloud sync that so many tiny apps do but it looks good and is easy enough to use. I made the mistake of putting a lot of time into an agenda that I needed for work. I got to use it a few times before I opened the app and everything was gone. Use this carefully or for fun but be careful how much time you put into it. You have been warned.

I REALLY like the look of this app and was excited about for an initial use as an entertainment calendar, having moved to a big city with so many options I need a visual. 1) But when I entered a function that recurs every week, it didn't allow recurring items. Hmmm. I have an email to iAgenda's support and hopefully they'll have good news but after doing a search of their awesome support section, another person asked the same question with an answer to the negative. Oh well, just will wait for a possible option. I'll try to check back periodically. 2) Also, immediately noticed when doing an entry in "week view" that the DAYS of the week aren't displayed with the number/date (this issue is a pet peeve of mine because I think of Mon, Tues, etc) unless a person chooses a "deeper" view which shows the hours. (I've designed Gantt sheets in Milestones on a PC and it was so easy to design include the days of the week in all views). Also, I would like to have the time show in non-military time (1-24 hour instead of 1-12am/pm)

I searched for awhile looking for an app that would help me plan out a multi day training session. I started to use Excel, then a Gantt Chart app, then tried QuickPlan Pro but realized I needed more granularity than a day. I came across iAgenda and am blown away!!! This is a beautiful app that exports to different file formats including Excel. This is paramount for sharing with my team. Great work!!!
