Can’t scan QR code when the QR code scan button isn’t even working.

Definitely why chain fnb restaurant like Mac Donald’s, kfc and Pizza Hut chose them. For those negative reviews probably have not use other HRM to judge. Their design interface needs a lot improvement but they stability and functions is to the needs of submitting according to Singapore standard.

Please do your research before signing up for them. Their system is very backward and not user friendly. Many of the configuration does not make sense and requires a lot of extra steps to go around system limitation. Developing team does not have enough knowledge and resources as well. Always do not offer solutions. Support team irresponsive.

Feel like cheating! using the web browser behind the apps. Not even put effort to develop the apps!
