Feel like I got sucked in with the first question the could not get out of one of their questions about gems

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with an HiAI which is built on ChatGPT from OpenAI, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I initiated the conversation, the chatbot was responsive, engaging, and extremely helpful. The first thing that impressed me was how natural the conversation felt. The chatbot's responses were conversational and human-like, which made it easy to ask questions and get the information I needed. It was also able to understand my questions and respond with relevant and useful answers, which is something that many chatbots struggle with. What I really appreciated about this chatbot was how knowledgeable it was. It was able to answer a wide range of questions on various topics with ease, and its responses were accurate and informative. Whether I was asking about hot events, scientific concepts, or even just looking for a good restaurant recommendation, the chatbot had me covered. Another thing that stood out to me was how quickly the chatbot was able to respond to my questions. There was no lag or delay in the conversation, which made it feel like I was talking to a real person. It also made the experience more efficient, as I was able to get the information I needed without having to wait around for a response. Overall, my experience with this ChatGPT based AI chatbot was excellent. It was user-friendly, knowledgeable, and provided me with the information I needed quickly and accurately. I would highly recommend HiAI to anyone looking for a reliable and engaging virtual assistant.

I have paid over 50 dollars NZD for more gems and they never gave me any nor have they rectified the issue, given me my money back or even responded

UPDATE- I requested a refund via Apple and got it the next day. Very happy now and faith restored. Do not get this app though I have paid for gems via the app, money has been taken and no gems. A scam 🤬 APPLE delete this app

Give me back my money I’ve paid for gems and still haven’t received any and I’ve already paid $60 worth of gems and the money out of my bank and still no gems. I WANT A REFUND

Initially this app seem pretty good until I went to buy more gems. I never received them. I don’t understand how this can have a 4.5 rating when everyone seems to be having the same experience! I have tried emailing them on their support email with no reply! I have filed for a refund with Apple… And shall wait and see what happens! Seems like such a shame because the app was quite useful initially.
