AI Color

This app is not ideal. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn’t. Every iOS update seems to affect its function. It’s no where near as good as Nest or Hue platforms. It’s a mess.

The imaging takes forever to load whether I’m using wifi or personal data. Sometimes it doesn’t load at all. please fix.

Setup 5MP at my house, very good quality. Happy with the product.

The setup is not user friendly and the area selection for motion capture only allows 4 points (rectangle). My main issue with this app is that the notifications only include the “channel number” and not the name of the camera. I hope the next version resolves these issues.

Used to work and suddenly no push notifications today. Well, I click into settings it crushes instantly and quit by itself.

I can’t go to events and see the playback for the video. It shows no file found. But in the regular playback I see blue lines referring to events. Can a support or anyone help me. I emailed you guys and it says email not valid now.

Installed the 8MP at my house, the cameras show very detail for the day/night. Give me the colour image for the night time, good system.

The UI of this app is user friendly and colorful. Also the load speed is pretty fast. My daughter really like it.

Just received the package and installled it in my house, 4 cameras and 1 machine. The app is very easy to use, fast response and good notification when something happens. Fully recommend the App.
