Different diagnosis for same photo
I cropped a photo taken with a professional camera so that we had a closeup of the condition and this app gave me two different results. Further investigation with 6 photos of the same condition led to 4 different diagnoses. Really rubbish app, masquerading as a useful tool. Worst £6 I’ve ever spent.
Says I have a precancerous spot….
Told to see a dermatologist or an oncologist! Looking online, this doesn’t turn into cancer!
Don’t waste your time
Four photos of the same skin lesion taken on the same day, same time gave four different results, psoriasis pustule, dermatitis, hpv wart and eczema. To have a disclaimer saying it doesn’t diagnose is one thing, but you expect to be given an idea of what the issue is hence why you use it. Four different diagnosis of the same thing is a joke it’s a scam app
Inconsistent results
2 photos of the exact came mole (taken a day apart) had contradictory results. The first said 80% precancerous and the second said 76% benign! Don’t bother with this app, just visit a doctor if you’re worried.
SCAM
Please do not use this app. You can have one go and then it offers you a 3 days free trial. However it takes THE FULL AMOUNT straight away. It scammed me by taking £129.99. Cannot get in contact with them. Apple take forever to refund. It’s money I need.

Same problem here. Took money from me and now I can’t cancel as don’t know how. All details hidden from app even its title!
Took £9.99 from my account
The app took £9.99 from my account after I tried to do the 3 day free trial thing and will not let me restore the purchase - have no idea how to get into contact with them either so

Only can check 2 for free then have to pay either 9.99 a month or £30 one off for the month
Not accurate enough!
This and other skin lesion analyzers on the App Store are regulated medical devices. There are only 3 that have shown enough data to be approved, and this is not one of them! Their claimed performance numbers for melanoma (the most dangerous form of skin cancer) are not high enough to guarantee it won’t accidentally miss a melanoma! Days and weeks matter with melanoma! Ask Jimmy Buffet what happens when you don’t catch melanoma early enough.
