Might be the ap or the ac’s wifi. Either way it doesn’t work

It is just impossible to pair an ac mini split with an iphone. Spent hours on it and the app is not working. Disappointing.

Keep getting an error. Followed all directions. No help option. No customer support

It fails every time I try to add my mini split to the app. Useless!

After several attempts to connect to my Wi-Fi I have up! Incorrect directions that come with unit on how to set up with your smart phone.

Options and settings do not work when selected. Cannot choose fan setting in heating mode, always reverts to auto.

Took me 2 hours just to connect my phone to my a/c unit. Finally figured out the directions that came with the unit are incorrect on what to do. Even after my phone was connected the app barely controlled my unit i would adjust the temperature on my phone and it would not adjust on my ac unit. I would also have to try like 5 times just to get the unit to turn off with the app. Guess I’ll just keep using the old fashioned remote.

My mini split paired right up, took about 30 seconds all and all. Easy to use app, and well worth the $0 it costs

I try to set up the account to be able to use the A/C and the email never arrives. I believe that they should be important with this situation as several customers have the same problem.

I never received my email to verify my account, so I could never set up the account to proceed.
