It is an okay app but the support you get is not good. They also double charged a one month subscription, which is already too much because the quality of the lack of translation. And I asked for a refund and it’s been a few days and they still haven’t got back to me.

I downloaded this app to help translate Spanish documents to English because I do not speak Spanish. It wouldn’t even let me take a photo of the Spanish stuff and put it in the Spanish typing box so I had to write out every single word and put it in the box when the app is advertised to be able to take a picture and like it’ll translate it for you and also it was making you pay to use like the different languages and like to see it into the microphone and it was like wanting you to pay monthly for a translator like I don’t know no one who would pay $10 a month for a translator

You gotta pay to unlock certain languages. And even then the camera translator won’t work with so many of them. Waste of time.

It's a disgusting translator, after translating certain things it asks you to pay monthly to be able to translate and as an extra they supposedly can translate with the camera and with a photo etc. when other translator applications do that and more totally free.

Why does this app have another useless feature to make us pay for a premium. This app is suppose to help not get our money wasted on something we need. Not worth the money.

Poses as free with no in app purchases but that’s a lie. I work in retail an this would’ve truly helped

If ur not going to allow the use oh photo translating unless you pay dont call it photo translate its just a translater with a paid feature add on that lets u use the camera to translate …>:(

The app works fine but I don’t feel like paying so much for a translation app is reasonable. However I also originally downloaded the app for one thing and it was to translate a photo of something in Korean. And I assumed that they have Korean since it’s literally on the app thumbnail. However when I go to try it doesn’t detect anything, so I try going to the language and changing it to Korean, and it’s not even on there. And it’s fine if they can’t have every language but it’s extremely misleading to have it be one of two alphabets in the thumbnail. Also the fact they have languages like Icelandic and not Korean? Icelandic is not very spoken even to the people who live there. But Korean is spoken by over 50 million people, I feel like it’s not a very sensible choice of languages. Besides all of that it works fine though.
