I didn’t know this app cost money per week, which is a shame

But very helpful for summer time

Bad app

I just lost 10 dollars. It never identify a plant. I tried many times in different ways and nop!!! Wrong plant always. Absolutely I do not recommended this app. 👎🏽

Thief

Horrible app, these lil cheats claim you can cancel the subscription but yet it still shows subscribed on the app store. I need ya’ll to cancel the subscription like this fraudulent and false advertisement.

This App is an Scam

I only used this app for once and it has charged me three times after I unsubscribe it. If the unsubscribe system is broken on their side, I doubt if it is intentional. I have tried unsubscribed from the app, from App Store and it is still charging me. Anyone know how to deal with this.

Charged me subscription fee

This app was deleted the second it was loaded and yet they charged me premium subscription . I tried getting rid of it and now they have charged me for the entire year. I want my money back and do not want to use this app anymore. Please unsubscribe me!!!!

Little improvement please

App is working so far. But I find it inefficient to leave the plant under my plants and to go to the Home Screen to do a light meter check or health check. I think these functions should exist within the plant screen itself so when you do them it knows which plant the data is associated to and can keep it all together. Less clicking around and fewer user questions.

Good app for plants but impossible to cancel

It’s a good app for identifying plants but I don’t want to pay for it anymore and it’s impossible to find how to cancel it! I’m writing this review so that someone from the company contacts me and please tells me how to cancel my account so I don’t get charged anymore!!
