The app is not working at all

The app is good and helpful, but whatsoever whenever i do something to type an question, and when my birth certificate has been filled, it keeps saying to fill my birthdate and stuff!

I can’t use my free messages anymore why

I can only access the AI readers. When I try to click on any other click link, nothing happens.
