I recently had the unfortunate experience of falling victim to a scam perpetrated by an application that promised to generate personalized images. This deceitful scheme, designed to prey on users' trust, resulted in a loss of money and a great deal of disappointment. The application in question, which I prefer not to name in order to prevent others from falling into the same trap, advertised the ability to generate unique and realistic images. To use it, an initial payment was required, followed by uploading at least 20 selfies for the image generator to create a customized digital representation. Intrigued by the idea of obtaining a unique image based on my own photographs, I decided to give the app a chance. However, I quickly realized that I had made a grave mistake. After making the payment and providing the required selfies, I eagerly awaited the result. To my surprise and dismay, the outcome did not include the selected image. Not only that, but the generated images lacked quality and realism. The facial features bore no resemblance to the photos I had uploaded, and the results were grotesque and clearly the product of a flawed algorithm. In addition to the immense disappointment of receiving something completely different from what was promised, I discovered that the customer support for this app was nonexistent. My attempts to contact the responsible team behind the application were in vain, further confirming my suspicions that this was a well-crafted fraud. My experience with this fraudulent app has left me feeling frustrated and distrustful. Not only did I lose my money, but I also wasted my time and compromised my privacy by providing my selfies. It is crucial for other users to be informed and avoid falling into the same trap. In conclusion, I urge all users to exercise caution when downloading unfamiliar applications and thoroughly research before making any payments or providing personal information. The app in question proved to be a shameless scam and a complete waste of time and money. Do not be deceived and keep your information secure.

Garbage app is money hungry for an AI with very little compute power compared to others.

All of these “ai apps” charging $5+ dollars a week is crazy and unrealistic. If you’re looking to use the free trial it doesn’t exist, or just doesn’t work right. Apps like this one shouldn’t be allowed on the App Store

Won’t load wasted money don’t buy

Really an easy to navigate app that has potential and platform for art. I Strughle with my confidance while using new tech and new app especially with AI

Deform videos are extra on top of your weekly subscription. However the wording doesn’t state that you only get that one decorum video. The wording uses “unlimited” which makes me believe unlimited. I canceled my subscription right away and requested a refund.

I opted into 3 day free trail. 30 seconds later I get a notification I was charged. $7.41 by!this app. Off to a untrustworthy relationship off the bat. Deleting and getting my money back!

Constantly “ internet required” my Internet is fine, so what you are charging money for that! Sounds like a scam

While I understand it may be expensive to keep the AI to make art (according to the developers) most apps like this allow you to get a free trial and make at least one thing for free to see if it’s worth spending my hard earned money on but even after accepting the free trial they want me to pay for a subscription to the app while probably have to give them an extra stream of revenue just to get coins to make the art. The free trial doesn’t matter if I need to pay 2-3 dollars just to make 1 photo.
