App does not give a notification for motion detection. You have to go on the app itself to check… the camera is going in the garbage.

Why why why can’t you fix this app , do some updates or something, like really guy this is not acceptable !!!!

Doesn’t update, terrible app and UI, and app doesn’t work

I used to be able to get notifications saying that there is motion detection and now I cannot...

Using latest version - July 24, 2019 Crashes / freezes when using the VCR forward / reverse feature No ability to record only on motion detection. Rather the SD card is filled with non stop useless video making it difficult to find “events”. Uncomfortable sending credit card info to a Chinese seller. Camera quality is good. Software needs work.

A MAJOR issues with time settings in your app. I selected Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5:00) as I am on East coast of North America. It saves the change. But when I see the time on camera view, it shows me 1 hours behind (no day light savings consideration). I went back to Time Settings in your camera and surprised to find Bogota (GMT-5:00) as selected value. Notice that both EST and Bogota has same “GMT-5:00”. That means it is showing me time in Bogota and that is why time shows as 1 hour behind. I never selected Bogota as my timezone but it always saves it as the selected value. Because of these time not matching with that of my phone, it never fetches the recordings. Can you please fix this bug? It is a very small bug with big impact.

For about the last week or so I have not been able to view any alarms. They seem to record and I get an alert on my phone, but when I go to view them it says no recording available. I have checked all my settings, and restarted my phone and the camera and it still doesn’t work. There was a rash of break-ins in our neighbourhood last week and it would’ve been nice to look at our recordings to help the police. Frustrating. It seems they just get one bug fixed in the software and another one appears. I would not recommend this camera.

Most functions work well enough but the app crashes far too often. Cannot view alerts as the app crashes every time. Motion detection feature is set off too frequently when nobody is there, and is not set off when people actually are.

Cloud storage is pricey it’s better to upgrade as card, for motion an area can be selected to be notified only on movement inside the area, notifications are quick. Only wish the playback could be viewed at a different speeds And to be able to delete selected days to save memory instead of formatting the whole ad card
