This app is great when working fine but tends to be erratic quite often. 1. Update can take as long as 72 hours (1 Days) instead of 24 hours as stated. 2. Sometimes system is hung with a system maintenance notice. I had to call for the staff to tell me I need to reinstall to get the app working. 3. The redemption choices have remained stagnant for years with no new additions to variety. 4. I have steps successfully recorded on IWatch but not synced in Vitality for a few days. These were lost when the syncing was restored. Overall, there is quite a lot you can do better. System seems outdated and needs catching up with new technologies in the market to enhance the app. Can look into Telco bills Fairprice & Sheng Siong instead of just CS. 7 Eleven which is owned by CS. Toastbox instead of Ya Kun Coffee Beans not just Starbucks Conversions of coins to $ for QR codes redemptions

Tried to submit claim yesterday, after fill in/upload everything, click submit then page informed technical issue, under maintenance. Today, tried to log in via Singpass thrice. Forever loading, can’t even log in.

On a good day, the app is horribly slow but manages to scan through all 4 vouchers. On a bad day, the app crashes, has to be restarted only to show "no vouchers in wallet", and ending up having to pay by card. The look of annoyance by yakun staff when you say you want to use AIA vitality vouchers is the bonus of it all.

Vitality program encourage gambling as you have to clock step to make one spin. Most of time , you get 50 coins which is like $1. The benefit to achieve like Platinum tier which is like almost $200 cash previously now just give you $100 equivalent of coin only. It is better to join government program which is free.

OTP doesn’t appear even after 12 hours

I completed my weekly challenge and used my points to redeem Cold Storage $10 voucher but no voucher generated and deducted 200 points from my account. While this issue was not resolved after 2 weeks, there is no spin credited even I completed the weekly challenge. I did not have this issue in the past 5 years but now having these problems unresolved!

Do not ever try to make multiple vouchers redemption at Ya Kun using ur vitality coins! Try it and you know what I meant!
