Slow to get money, message platform doesn’t show messages from the agents for hours even though you get the notification, but you load the app and the message isn’t there until it randomly appears hours later

Scummy app created by the great grandson of Ray White. Forcing tenants to pay a fee to create an auto-debit is a joke.

Ray white euroa uses this app and fails every time not happy as we are getting harassed by realestate

The App works fine but there shouldn’t be a charge to set up regular payments for rent. App is owned by Ray White family member so also a conflict of interest. Very unethical

I feel annoyed that this app is used by realestate agents as a renter it’s always been easier to just transfer money weekly into a bank trust without paying fees. This app makes you charge a fee and specifically makes it hard to pay rent each week unless you pay them a fee yes it’s small but still it’s not needed in the rental market which is already extremely tough as it is. Just another company trying to add silly fees to payments. The app is clunky and not easy to use unless you pay the fee… Not happy unfortunatly as the rental market is tough myself along with all other renters would not have a choice whether we can use this app or not which is crazy.

Ailo are using old school technology and sending out emails with web links. I can’t believe Ailo are trying to marketing themselves as leading edge app developers. Most tech savvy companies nowadays won’t send out emails with web links or use links in a text a message. I have a few rental properties and when I select a property management company, one of the questions I ask is what software they use. In the future if the company is using Ailo that will not be a positive to select that company.

The app is very inconvenient and has hidden fees for automated payments. The only free payment method requires manually entering your bank details as a one-time payment, which you must repeat every time you make a payment. For instance, if you pay weekly, you will need to enter your bank details 52 times a year. I am using this app only because it is the sole payment platform my agent allows.

Wish my agent would just allow me to set up an automatic direct transfer rather than having to use the feature on this app and getting charged fees to do so. Completely unnecessary

Nothing more than a money grab from tenants Does nothing to improve any other aspect And you’re locked into it if you’re with ray white I will avoid them in the future Predatory practises

Rip off to have a recurring bank transfer just to skim money of tenants. Ridiculous and definition of junk fees.
