The AIO Sleeve Health App is a revolutionary smartphone application that helps individuals understand what their body is telling them. By combining the AIO Smart Sleeve and a scientific approach, The AIO Sleeve Health app helps humanize complex information and displays it on the app in a way anyone can understand. The app uses two proprietary health indicators based on decades of research: Health Score™ and Stress Level to help users understand their internal health and how their heart and brain respond to its environment.
Main Features:
Health Score (Heart Rate Variability): We took the complexity of heart rate variability and created a user-friendly Health Score, based on the star system. By recording your HRV for just two minutes, you will receive a Health Score based on 5 stars. What makes the AIO Sleeve the best HRV monitor is that it’s the only product/app that uses an ECG to calculate heart rate variability. All other apps use a standard optical (BPM) sensor.
ECG / EKG:
The app can also record your electrocardiogram, full-time. Simply put on the sleeve, attach electrodes and press ‘start’. It’s that easy. The reading is automatically saved onto your smartphone and can be accessed via our online dashboard and your (FREE) online account. Sleep Analysis:
The AIO Health App categorizes sleep into 6 zones of sleep quality. The home page will show the quality of your latest sleep by using a percentage. Percentage of deep sleep. A history panel provides you with weeks and months of data so you can track the quality of your sleep over time.
Food Sensitivity:
With the AIO Sleeve Health App, you can record HRV (Health Score) using “events.” One of these events is post-food HRV. This way you can monitor how your body reacts to each meal and whether you are more sensitive to certain foods. An amazing way to listen to your body and optimize diet and food selection.
Stress Level:
There are two types of stressors that can be gauged using the AIO Sleeve Health App: Mental stress and physical stress. Stress level is calculated based on mental stressors that you select in the recording stage. These include morning (readiness), before work, after work and before bed.

Track your heart rate variability after training sessions or activities. See which put more strain and stress on your body. Also can be used to determine workout readiness and if your body has fully recovered from a previous training session or every day activity such as house work, gardening, walking your dog, etc.
