Utterly incompetent support staff makes the app useless
The so-called support team does not have the necessary IT knowledge to fix problems. They are rude and not client oriented. This app is absolutely useless. Please spare yourself the ‘We’re sorry. Please contact us at info…..’.. You simply would not know what to do.
Much more to improve
My bank is one of the few remained without the possibility to pay with a QR code on other accounts
Something went wrong
I am still waiting for more two months to solve the issue with my app. I don’t have access to my account. When I open it there is an indication reporting “something went wrong”
Cash dispenser solved with another bank!
I had problems with a bank in Rome while trying to withdraw cash. The bank was not helpful in Rome but Aion bank Belgium chat immediately understood the problem and resolved it.
