This app used to work, I reset all the permissions in my phone and I can’t re-assign the call permission, which means I can’t let people in at all other than a QR code.

Every time I receive a call it stops after a couple of seconds, not allowing me enough time to pick up. When I then open the app and try to connect to the entrance to talk to the person who called the following message pops up “Communication error Error 0803-3001(-13)”

Have missed several deliveries alone because of how long the app takes to open and then go to the correct door and then get to the door release screen and then release the door. And the simple fix of being able to generate a one off code to add to delivery notes isn’t even possible because it only generates a QR code that you can’t add to any type of delivery notes. Idk how much my building paid for this system but it was absolutely too much.

By the time I’m able to answer the door and let them in, even if I instantly open the app, they’ve lost interest and walked away or the ringer has timed out.

The software is very intolerant of any latency in connectivity. Having worked within the Satellite Comms realm this can be overcome. The support is also slow. Cant recommend it.

We are at spinnaker apartments on the Gold Coast . The system can’t link in properly with our elevator so every time i let someone through i have to go downstairs and bring them up in the elevator

Pretty good app. Love the accessibility and ability to control the door remotely. There are some glitches with the app, but are usually resolved when it’s reopened.

Have to have app actively used for door opening to work

We have many hiccups when using Airphone It’s very cumbersome and requires too many steps . Often the touchpad doesn’t react when touching on the screen

Prior to getting this app setup on my phone to enable door opening of appt block, my days were governed by checking my phone constantly if any deliveries were due. With this system, if I’m out, I’m now able to open the door for deliveries to be left safely inside my appt block (temporarily) until my return home…….it’s just brilliant, and I couldn’t rate it higher than “giving me back my freedom of movement”.
