The worst airline on earth Please don’t fly with them

Tried to pay with my credit cards 5 times, nothing works. Live chat is helpless, just recommended calling the customer support.

Wasted 10 minutes entering details six passengers and extras only to get an error message on the very last screen.

The app crash after selecting the distention airport from flight schedule, it need an update

The first time I knew that administrations are not included in the free return, free cancellation. Airarabia were not like that before. I prefer to pay little bit more (less than 100 AED) and get more benefits.

This app is really buggy and requires a lot of improvement

This is by far the worst booking app i’ve ever used !!! This also applies to the website. It always crashes !!!!!

Spent 1 hour trying to book tickets for myself and my family. Went through the entiiiiiire process twice and as soon as I would click on CONFIRM after finalizing all the fine pieces of details, the app froze on my face and restarted. Absolute waste of my time and energy. Insha Allah will not travel by this airline which charges a fare very close to the leading airline and yet can’t get their app to work properly and have no respect for customers time.

I haven’t seen such a low grade website and mobile App from any airline. The app would default passenger DOB (to a date from its own mind) and wouldn’t let the user to edit. Website is at another level - wouldn’t go beyond the payment screen and lands back on the search flights page (prompting to click OK - god only knows for what). GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, GUYS!!
