Air Canada + Aeroplan

Air Canada, TY so much for my recent flight team, my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and I had to plan a quick trip to India from Calgary. Air Canada app is a major game changer, I was so tensed through out my journey but the app kept me reminding of all the stuff needed. TY again, god bless you all.

App is nice and friendly. Very easy to use

Beyond the expectations services and flight as well new technology and transparency

I get all my flight detail

The app is not finished yet, when I try to sign it don’t allow me to finish, I had to do the registration by web and when Air Canada lost my baggage the app didn’t allow me to arrange the delivery of one of my bags then the 2 bag tags disappeared without any notification

I want to change my freequent flyer no in my tkt online …but edit option is not avlble ! Why??

The Aeroplan App is seriously methodical and very convenient to use with a lot of emphasis in attention to detail. It’s very intuitive and not very cluttered compared to most of the other Apps.

-Nicely designed -App is still bit slow -Removing RT option is bit confusing -Can’t find booking or flight search option easily -Limited Payment options - Information is not very clear on flight listing page
